The fourteen allergens
European rules require us to be able to tell you about these fourteen in any dish: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, and sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
Ask us
Tell us about allergies or intolerances when you order, and say it again when the menu is final. For every dish we can tell you whether one of the fourteen is in it, and whether it is an ingredient or a possible trace.
Our kitchen
We cook in one kitchen where all fourteen are used, including nuts and sesame. Dishes are made to order and we clean between them, but we cannot promise that a dish is completely free of a trace of something else we handle.
Severe allergies
If an allergy is severe, tell us before you order so we can say honestly whether we can cook for you safely. If we cannot, we will tell you instead of taking the risk.
