Quotes and orders
You can order through WhatsApp or Instagram. We send a quote with the dishes, the date and the price. A quote is valid for fourteen days.
The agreement is made when you confirm the quote in writing and, for events, when we receive the deposit.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT unless we say otherwise. Any delivery costs are shown in the quote.
Payment is by bank transfer or as agreed in the quote. For events we ask a deposit of 30 percent on confirmation, with the rest due before the event.
Changing or cancelling your order
You can change or cancel free of charge up to fourteen days before the delivery or event date. Inside fourteen days we charge half of the agreed amount, and inside 48 hours the full amount, because we buy and prepare for your date.
If you order as a consumer you normally have a fourteen day right of withdrawal. Catering on a fixed date and food made to your order are exceptions to that right under Dutch law (article 6:230p of the Civil Code), so the cancellation rules above apply instead.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot deliver because of illness or circumstances outside our control, we tell you as soon as we can and refund what you have paid. Further compensation is not owed.
Delivery and collection
We deliver in Haarlem and, by agreement, across the Netherlands. You can also collect from the kitchen. Times are agreed in advance.
Once the food is handed over, keeping it and serving it safely is your responsibility, including keeping cold dishes cold and hot dishes hot.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Tell us about allergies or intolerances when you order. Our allergen page explains what we can and cannot promise.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under Dutch law.
Complaints and applicable law
Tell us within 48 hours if something is wrong with an order and we will look at it with you.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the court in Haarlem.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you received with your quote.
