What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and cook your order: your name, your phone number or email address, the delivery address, the date and details of your event, what you ordered, and any allergy or dietary wishes you tell us.
We also keep the messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email. This website collects nothing about you and has no contact forms.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer your question, to make and deliver your order, to keep our records and to meet our legal duties such as bookkeeping.
The legal bases are: carrying out our agreement with you, a legal obligation for invoices, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles of you.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed: a delivery service if your order is delivered, our bank and payment provider, our accountant, and our IT and hosting suppliers.
We never sell your data and we never pass it on for someone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Enquiries that do not lead to an order, for as long as we need to answer them and then deleted. WhatsApp and Instagram conversations until they are finished and no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, have its use limited, object to its use, or receive it in a portable file. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply within a month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
How we protect it
Your data stays on protected devices and accounts, and only the people who need it can open it. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the authority.
Changes
If this statement changes we update this page. The date at the top shows the current version.
